I truly appreciated Mr. Erick Butts being a man of integrity and of his word. My daughter and I were in a very difficult place and ALMIGHTY GOD ELOHIM YHVH ABBA FATHER YESHUA HAMASHIACH CHRIST JESUS AND RUACH HAKODESH HOLY GHOST HOLY SPIRIT heard our prayers. I just needed to listen a little harder and after reaching out to everyone we knew being turned down we received the name of this company through Wayne Phillips, a realtor in The Woodlands, Texas, assigned to sell my mom’s home yet probate was well over a year with the possibility of another long 6 - 12 months. My daughter and I were out of time paying for our place and my mom’s home expenses growing out of control getting a couple of payments behind on our automobile to have it repossessed. The clock was ticking and Mr. Butts answered my calls every day waiting for the lawyer to come on board. By weeks end, the money arrived in our bank account, granted with a steep interest payment, tagged to the sell of the home on the money we borrowed off of it, 45K for 20K for a year. Sometimes you have to pay heavy up front in your need to reap the harvest. Mr. Butts and his colleagues did what they said they would and right before auction we rescued our automobile to prevent another hard blow to our financial situation. I did not know anything about this type of program, but after speaking with Evan it is one of the easiest processes to go through.
