Compliance Officer at ProbateCash

Paul McLaughlin serves as Compliance Officer at ProbateCash, where he leads the servicing team and oversees administrative processes and the collection of payments from initial funding through final resolution. With a background in compliance, finance, and operations, Paul brings a thoughtful and customer-focused approach to his role.

Originally from Upstate New York, Paul has called Broward County home since 1996. He attended Siena College and later earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to joining ProbateCash, Paul held compliance leadership positions within specialty finance organizations and managed compliance and title teams in the hospitality industry.

What Paul enjoys most about working at ProbateCash is supporting the company’s internal processes that ensure funds are properly collected and managed. He takes pride in maintaining compliance and accuracy behind the scenes, setting high standards for operational excellence while continuously working to meet and exceed those goals in practice.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachael, and their two children. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys offshore and lake fishing, playing guitar, and cheering on his children’s athletic teams. His favorite sports are softball and lacrosse, and some of his favorite athletes wear the jerseys of the young players he proudly supports from the sidelines.
