Marc is an attorney admitted to the Florida Bar and a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Estate, Probate, Trust and Law section. Marc has worked for almost 30 years in the specialty finance industry, where he has been directly involved in the acquisition of more than $100M in assets pursuant to court orders and contractual relationships.
As CEO of ProbateCash, Marc has hosted a webinar series since 2021 and has appeared as a guest on numerous webinars and podcasts as a leader in inheritance advances. Marc works with heirs, administrators, and probate lawyers to find practical upfront cash solutions for heirs of estates who are waiting for their inheritances tied up in probate or in a Trust.
Marc earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. Marc and his wife have 2 adult children, 1 who is an attorney in New York and another earning a graduate degree in London. Marc values community involvement and works with numerous non-profit organizations. When not visiting his kids, Marc is often following the Florida State Seminoles sports teams. Marc resides in South Florida with his wife and their dog, Garnet.
