Kylee O’Neill
Servicing Coordinator at ProbateCash
Working in ProbateCash’s Servicing Department, Kylee joined the company in November 2024. One of her favorite parts of the job is learning more about the probate process every day and helping ensure cases stay on track. Kylee also enjoys the opportunity to build relationships with attorneys, personal representatives, and clients. She explains, “Working at ProbateCash has helped me gain a lot of confidence in my communication skills, whether I’m emailing attorneys or speaking with clients on the phone.”
Born and raised in South Florida, Kylee now lives in Orlando, Florida. She enjoys helping others by providing updates, answering questions, and assisting families as they navigate the probate process.
Outside of work, Kylee enjoys relaxing at home, reading, and spending time by the pool. On weekends, she loves taking her two-year-old Golden Retriever, Stanley, to the park before stopping for a coffee and a pup cup. Stanley got his name after the Florida Panthers won their first Stanley Cup in 2024. Kylee is also a fan of reality TV and enjoys visiting Florida’s theme parks whenever she can.
