As Chief Operating Officer, Jonathan O’Neill helps oversee the day-to-day operations of ProbateCash while supporting both customers and employees across the organization. Throughout his career with the company, he has contributed to sales, underwriting, operations, technology, human resources, and payroll, giving him a unique perspective on the business and its continued growth.
Born in the Bronx, New York, Jonathan later lived in Warwick, New York, before relocating to South Florida, where he has lived in Boynton Beach and now calls Hobe Sound home. He holds a degree in Paralegal Studies, a background that has proven valuable throughout his career in the probate and financial services industries.
What Jonathan enjoys most about ProbateCash is the opportunity to help people. Whether assisting customers through challenging situations or supporting employees behind the scenes, he believes that removing obstacles allows others to focus on what matters most. He takes pride in creating an environment where team members can do their best work while ensuring customers receive the attention and service they deserve.
Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time at the beach with his dog, Bailey, who has become a beach bum dog. Also, Jonathan enjoys cooking and following his favorite sports teams, the Florida Panthers and New York Yankees.
